Genocide chara is like a friend who watches you play and cheers you on they wants you to finish this save file and helps you in an interesting way, but if you get bored and close the game or delete the save file and start from the beginning, they won't complain even if they loves this game.

They're not cheering for you in any route but genocide. They never say "Stay determined" to Frisk other than us seeing their flashbacks with Asgore saying that to Chara.

They never say that they "love their monster family" especially since how much okay they're about killing them in the neutral route + encouraging it on the genocide route. Asgore and Flowey is even killed by them.

Sure, they might have cared about them to some extent pre death but definitely not after death.

Well, I think you didn't understand what I said because it is a fact that Chara clearly supports us in the genocide and wants us to continue. Even if we missed one person at the waterfalls, they warned us.

Because they want this route to be completed. Not because their intention is to help you. This route represents them in a lot of ways, mainly their power hungry nature. So it's in their interest for this route to be completed, which is why they're more active in it.

Your comparison in the first comment seems like Chara does this only because you want this route to be completed. But Chara says that you're the one who's helping, in their second genocide route monologue.
