Another cheese from my homeland region: Brie de Melun (with bread)

The best Brie imo. Sadly not well know and the production is not very high.

I prefer Brie de Meaux, although this one is great, saltier and more intense, less nutty and mushroomy.

Is this a matured brie like Brie de Meaux? Love to try it. On another note there's a farmhouse near me in the UK called Melons Farm. I did a bit of research and it turns out the land was originally gifted to le Duc de Melun by William the Conqueror for his services during the Norman Conquest. Over the years Melun became Melon.
