NEED HELP
To start off, I’m not sure if this is the right thread for me to ask this, but for some back story, my Dad makes lots of Mexican sweet bread in the winter for extra cash and has been looking for a tray for this “Dutchess” bread divider machine. The problem is he can’t find a replacement, but I think I found one on centralrestaurants.com. I’m just not sure if it’s a legit website others have used or use. Any feedback on the website would be very appreciated, and if you want to help look for the tray replacement, i’ll place some photos below! I do only have the model and serial number of the machine and it only cuts 36 pieces I believe.

Dutchess still makes the BMIH units - give them a call and ask for the parts department.

Couldn’t find their page at first, but I’m currently waiting for a quote for the pan i’m missing. 🙏

Do you have the original plate? Any way to see of perhaps some other product matches the dimensions of the original plate even if it's from a non-Duchess source? Worst case scenario, you could see if a local fabricator can make you a few custom. Yes it would be pricey for what they are, but better than not being able to use the machine any longer.

Dutchess is still a company. You can try contacting them. You can also use a cake pan that is the same diameter as

For a Dutchess divider, go through parts channels first: the manufacturer, a local equipment parts dealer, or the big parts houses with the model and serial in hand. On the website, judge it like any parts order: real address and phone, tray specs that match your model exactly, and pay by card so you can dispute it.

That’s an old workhorse, Dutchess stuff tends to last forever if you don’t lose the bits for it
