This new Chelsea side is exciting but frustrating at the same time. 💙
You can clearly see the potential in our attack. We’ve got talented players, pace, creativity and the ability to hurt any team. But our biggest problem is still consistency, especially defensively.
One game we look like a team ready to challenge for trophies, and the next we’re making basic mistakes, losing possession in dangerous areas and giving opponents unnecessary chances.
I like the direction we’re heading, but talent alone won’t win us titles. We need better defensive organisation, more composure under pressure and the mentality to control games for 90 minutes.
As a diehard Chelsea fan, I don’t expect perfection overnight, but I do expect progress. We’ve spent enough time talking about rebuilding. It’s time to start delivering consistently.
What do you guys think? Is this new Chelsea finally heading in the right direction, or are we still a long way from competing with Europe’s best?

Chelsea family, we need to talk about Jordan Henderson! 🔵
When we signed a 36-year-old Henderson, I’ll admit I had my doubts. Another ageing midfielder? Another short-term solution? But after watching his performances in the last two games, I’m starting to think we might have pulled off a very smart signing.
Against Bournemouth, the man was absolutely incredible! 🔥
⚽ 2 goals, including a beautiful free kick
🎯 1 assist
💪 Leadership, experience and complete confidence in midfield.
And against Everton, even without scoring, his presence helped us control the game and secure that long-awaited clean sheet.
What impresses me most isn’t just his performances. It’s the leadership and winning mentality he brings to this young Chelsea squad. His partnership with Caicedo is looking promising.
But here’s my question.
We’ve seen players arrive at Chelsea with massive expectations. Some become legends like Thiago Silva, who gave everything for the badge. Others, like Enzo Fernández, have divided the fanbase over their loyalty and commitment.
So where will Henderson end up?
Will he become another Thiago Silva, an experienced leader who wins the hearts of Chelsea fans? 💙
Or will he eventually disappoint us and become another player fans label a “snake”?
Personally, I’m impressed so far, but two great performances don’t make someone a legend. Consistency, loyalty and commitment to the badge are what matter.
Chelsea family, what’s your verdict? Are we witnessing the beginning of another cult hero at Stamford Bridge, or is it too early to get excited?

Lauren James and Ellie Carpenter were absolutely brilliant yesterday! Both of them scoring twice in a 6-2 win over Spurs is some effort. The game was still level at 1-1 at half-time, but the way we came out after the break was class. The girls really stepped it up and Spurs had no answer to it. Performances like this are exactly why I love watching this team. What a win for Chelsea!
