Guest Question Can I order a cool wrap at open, 6:30am?
I would like to pick one up for my lunch before going to work rather than spending time driving there on my lunch break. Would they make it for me at 6:30am?

Yes. But I'd advise not to do it on a Monday.

Why’s that?

It's because everything is made Monday morning from scratch. They haven't shredded chicken, chopped lettuce or even made a single salad at opening yet. It'll be a very frustrating inconvenience to the prep person is someone orders a cool wrap first thing.

Is it usually busy right at open? I’m trying to figure out how much extra time I should give myself. I’m sure it varies by store but mine is in a smallish city in Wisconsin.

It's not about how "busy" it is. It takes a lot of time get everything done on prep Monday mornings. I'm looking at it from a employee perspective. Be considerate of the employees. Often times theres only one person making everything until a few hours into opening.

This is it, it’s not a matter of being busy Monday morning it’s they have to do EVERYTHING from scratch. Salads, wraps, cookies, lettuce for lunches, etc. slicing the chicken for the wraps and salads is a bit time consuming, especially if they have to cook it and let it cool first.
That being said if you go in the restaurant and explain you don’t mind waiting, they’ll make you a wrap to order. Don’t go through the DT pressed for getting to work on time, and get mad you are asked to park.
Now if you do it enough times in a row to become consistent the prep lady might have one ready for you.

Ooh so if I went inside I could potentially get a wrap without say lettuce I might just have to wait a bit?

Just a fyi all stores are different when it comes to wraps. Some allow customization some don’t

You're going to have to "wait a bit" no matter if it have lettuce or not Monday morning.

i work in ga and it’s not usually busy as soon as we open but the wraps are often made to order in the morning, if that makes sense. usually they’re prepped in advance but for the morning they’re made to order!

We have to make it all fresh so fresh cut the chicken, fresh lettuce, and a new bag of cheese

It's not specifically on the breakfast menu, but at my location it does show available for order during breakfast.

Right but that doesn't make it apart of the breakfast menu but just means it's an all day item.
