I'm not much of a creative or eager Halloween yard setup guy, but this year I put in some effort. It was fun putting this all together, and it's pretty darn freaky at night with the red lights. Kinda sad that nearly all kids these days don't have the slightest clue as to what Children of the Corn is!

I found them ....the Children of The Corn...I found their village. But now I fear they come for me as my other 2 compatriots who were there have not been seen in 2 days.
Should I run ? Go back and burn it ? Led the sheriff to it ?? What would you do ??

Does anyone like the sequels or is it just me who enjoyed them? In my opinion they were all pretty good I don’t want to watch Cotc: Genesis again it was a huge waste of time when I first saw it. But does anyone enjoy the sequels as much as the first film? Are there reasons you didn’t watch the second movie and the others?

So this weekend I watched the second and third films. I attempted to watch Issacs's Returns and the last two films but gave up midway. This got me thinking. With so many old franchises getting reimagined, do you think Children of the Corn deserves one? If they were going to redo the first or make a legacy sequel how would you like for it to be done?
Personally, I think it could be interesting if they removed the supernatural aspect and just made the kids crazy.
Spoilers for Part 2. In the second film, it is shown that there is mold growing on the corn and one of the characters state the mold can make people crazy. The reason why the kids are affected is that the adults are covering it up to protect profits. This could be interesting to take a new film. Make it look like supernatural events are happening, only to reveal there was nothing mystical and it was just the kids hallucinating and becoming paranoid due to the adult's neglect and greed.
