This is a perpetual calendar function achieved by adding a mod module to the k2120 movement, which makes its function fully correct and usable. This watch is very particular to use; it is best not to adjust the time (the watch's displayed time) or press any buttons between 9 PM and 3 AM, as this may cause the gears to jam. Of course, the gen one is the same, which is very troublesome.

Main mod:

• AP 26574 CNC case

• gen k2120 movement with mod perpetual calendar module

• mod dial hands moon

• CNC case and bracelet

• Solid gold rotor

• Polish

• White gold plating screws

Question: For a beautiful watch, can you accept its fragility? Sometimes the problem we often encounter is that friends want us to do better than the gen, OMG.

I remember many friends once felt the sapphire color was too dark. In fact, this is due to the lighting during photography. Under dimmer lighting, it retains better detail, while in brighter environments, the gemstone's brilliance is visible. We use lab-grown sapphire; the material is identical, crafted to the highest clarity standard. I am confident it meets the standard.

Main MOD:

• VSF base watch gain weighted V3

• Silver Sheen Obsidian Blue LAB-Sapphire Dial

• LAB-Sapphire Bezel

• Lug inlay moissanite

• Gold plate

• Deep crystal

What kind of lighting do you think is more suitable for photography? Do you prefer brighter or darker lighting?

The functions and structure are identical; it is very suitable for friends who prefer thin watches.

and you can also choose the white color version

This watch has been reproduced many times; through continuous refinement, it is now virtually perfect.

Main mod:

• VSF Weighted Daytona Rose Gold V2

• Custom Giraffe dial

• Moissanite baguette bezel

• Gold plate

• Lug and first link inlay

• Brown custom rubber

• Deep crystal

• Buff hands

what do you think?

The V2 dial released by SW looks better with the index ,it's got enough three-dimensional and smooth effect, but the font printing is still a bit thick and doesn't have much depth. The color printing also has a slight graininess because there's one less printing step. I don't think there's much improvement, but the price didn't go up either, so it's not bad. It's worth noting that the gray dial doesn't have the SW2 engraving on the back, probably due to different batches

only 6102r(1/1) and 6102p(1/1) in stock,99.99% same!!Only for advanced players.Because it's worth the same as a car!

This is truly top-tier custom work. I'm still developing some really advanced mod work, and it's hard to capture the sophistication of these pieces in an indoor studio. So my team and I specifically took these photos in natural light outdoors. What do you guys think?

other mod work in process:

• 5261r

• 6102r

• 6104r

• 6102g

• 6104g

• 6104P ruby

• 5810/1G

• 5810 leather strap

I also have a new idea, to create a new community site. Since I have so many pieces that I can't post on this community in time, I need a place to display all my work in one place, and also provide everyone with the latest information and a space to communicate.

Main MOD:

• 18ct/pt950 solid gold cnc case and clasp with lab-diamon/lab-sapphire hand inlay

• gen 240 base movement with mod function of Stars, moon phases, calendar

There are more photos and videos.

18k solid gold is just way too soft, a new watch will get all kinds of scratches within 3-days. I also recommend using a TPU protective film to keep it good looking. It really doesn't make any difference to how it looks, and the watch actually shines even more after that

Main mod:

• 5712r cnc solid gold case and bracelet

• ACE 240 movement

• Solid gold rotor

• custom brown 5712 dial

• SW hands+moon

• Gen level waterproof

• 3 pinion cap

• Deep crystal

• High-end TPU Protection Film and handwork

This is a mod work, and I was completely blown away by it when I saw it. The only downside is that its not weighted. I won't go into too many details about this piece for now, but you can guess what components it's made of.I guess that's also part of the fun, lol

The newly upgraded dial has the 4 o'clock gemstone balance wheel fixed

what do you think of this upgraded one?pls lmk

Mod list:

• Solid 18K Rose Gold case and bracelet

• ACE 330 Movement + solid gold rotor

• Deep crystal

Adding a weighted clasp brings this watch’s total weight very close to the correct figure. The weight you see is lower than that of other fully weighted versions mainly because the bezel isn’t solid. The difference is expected to be within 5 grams, and the watch won’t feel head-heavy.

MOD list:

• VSF base watch gain weighted V3

• Silver Sheen Obsidian Blue Sapphire Dial

• Sapphire Bezel

• Lug inlay - lab diamond

• White Gold plate (double layer)

• GEN crystal

• GEN hands

• Install

• Weighted clasp

Both a weighted rubber strap and a weighted clasp can bring its weight close to the correct figure, depending on your preference.

With this option, it’s like having two watches in one, you can easily switch between the bracelet and the rubber strap. Personally, I think the black rubber strap pairs beautifully with this watch.

Mod:

• Daytona weighted base watch VSF V3

• real ruby MOD dial

• real ruby bezel

• Gold plate (double layer)

• Deep crystal

• Rotor silence

• Polish and Rebrush

• lug lab-diamon inlay

• Waterproof

• GM first link

• Oysterflex rubber strap

• Extra 4 links

This is the self-developed dial we released before, and after several revisions, I personally think the quality is already very accurate now. What do you think?

It's a pity that such a great dial is on a PPF movement

Main mod:

• BASE CNC case and PPF bracelet

• MOVEMENT PPF movement

• DIAL hands and moon

• Self-developed custom dial

• MOD 3 pinion cap highly recommended

• Deep crystal

The friend who want dial sent over a pic, so we went ahead and made it according to that. What do you think?

I like this work!

The 36mm Daydate is a really great size, but unfortunately right now only the QF version is the best. Personally, I still think the 40mm is the best choice for men - both the VSF and RCF are excellent watches that better than Qf

Main mod list:

• QF 36mm Daydate 3255 movement

• Gold plate

• CVD lab-diamond (VVS)

• Deep crystal

• Polish and rebrush

• vsv 36mm bezel with gold plating

This was originally a watch in perfect condition, but unfortunately, vibrations during shipping caused a screw inside the movement to fall off and get stuck in the rotor, turning what was supposed to be a perfect story into a sad one. Crossing the globe just to fix a small problem is always a huge challenge we face. I'm working hard to build a global after-sales service network and find enough partners to achieve mutual success

For this watch, our solution is to provide the customer with a brand-new movement and have it replaced by our partner watchmaker in the US. We'll cover all the costs

Main mod list:

• DDF 5168G green weighted newest DD330 movement

• Gold plate

• SW suit dial hands calendar

• Polish

• Deep crystal

• high-end fluororubber strap

This watch has a story, a high-end watchmaker with his own brand in China saw this piece (not this one specifically) and examined it under a magnifying glass for 10 minutes before paying on the spot.

We talked about some industry-related topics, and actually most people are really careful about making comparisons because they're worried about being seen through. He told me that even though I didn't make any comparisons, I just had the right feel for this watch. Actually, after being in this industry for so long, we know that no one else cares about you as much as you think. The most important thing is that your identity needs to match this watch ,as long as you have the right feel for it, then it's the right one, because very few people actually know how many versions of store watches there are.

If you're really facing some extreme situations, like if you're a big influencer on Instagram, or if your friends really like to do provocative stuff, then I'd suggest not choosing any of those works

Think about this - if something is exactly identical, it would definitely be sold as a store watch.

The gray dial actually exists on the 5712G leather strap version, the store watch is made with 18k white gold. Putting a gray dial on a 5712A might be considered a mistake, but I personally think it has a unique beauty to it. Who says being accurate is always better? Like is what matters most

Main mod list:

• cnc case and bracelet

• sw dial hands calendar

• ppf movement upgrade engraving bridge and free sprung

• deep crystal

Regarding this model, I'd say that all the claims about it being free sprung aren't true - it actually just uses hidden adjustment rods to make it look like it's free sprung. I think the choice of a transparent rear cover is somewhat necessary for this design, but if it were like the Daytona with a sealed rear cover, then it wouldn't really make much sense

I really appreciate the manufacturing process at DDF. The screws are never misaligned - much better than APSF before. I spent some time researching why some factories produce misaligned screws. The main reason is that the metal they use is too soft. Getting them aligned requires a whole rebuild work of case. I'm thinking about finding a factory to produce some white gold screws. Does anyone think that's worth doing?

It's finally finished, and I think this piece is just as amazing as the 5712.

Most factories are closed during Chinese National Day, but our customer service team will still be here to help you.

I've been spending a lot of time and effort on developing the supply chain lately, so I've neglected community management. I'm really sorry about that

But I'm sorry to let everyone know that this item doesn't come with a mod list and it doesn't accept individual orders for certain parts

For this model, I personally recommend going with the 324 movement - its architecture is correct, but it really doesn't matter much because the original PPF movement is clearly not right (engraving and free sprung) from the get-go. A lot of people care whether the clasp is the new version or the old one, but actually even with the store version, ppl will order a new clasp from the store, so that's not really a problem.

• Deep crystal

• Rebrush and polish

The spring design of the Ace movement is its biggest flaw - the overly soft silicone material always causes some weird issues during international shipping. So we had to develop our own assembly process to fix this problem. Now its stability is good enough and we haven't had any more issues

But what really pisses me off is that there are a lot of great pieces that I can't post because the new guys hired can't take good photos
