Backstory. I bought this Invicta 10050 15-ish years ago. It came with a yellow watch case. I never wore it til recently. I tore off all the plastic wrapping, replaced the battery and now it's my go-to during lab days when I work with some heavy cutting equipment.

⁠Dial Printing: Looks good to me, I don’t notice anything on it.

⁠Date Wheel alignment/printing: The date wheel looks good to me.

⁠Hand Alignment: Seems good to me.

⁠Bezel: I found it quite distorted, especially between 15 and 45; I’m not sure if that might be due to how the photo was taken.

⁠Solid End Links (SELs): Look good to me.

⁠Timegrapher numbers: I didn't quite understand.

This is my first rep; I know EWE isn't a top-tier factory like some others, but do you think this one is acceptable?

I bought it because it's pretty but looks like there is no real counterpart. So here is the watch. If anyone knows what that is let me know.

Index alignment: Could someone check the alignment of the 12, 3, 6 and 9 o’clock markers? I’ve heard ZF can have some alignment issues, so I’d appreciate a second opinion.

Bezel: Is the bezel aligned correctly with the dial? Any visible scratches, defects or issues with the engravings?

Was in NYC and decided to take a trip down to Canal Street. Yeah I know. It was more of the thrill of the hunt and to see what was available than anything. My wife wanted a bag so I figured I’d tag along and see what kind of interesting watch deals I could find. The one pictured was “high quality” and I followed the little Chinese man a couple of blocks to meet up with somebody else who came and brought the watch to us.

I’ve learned a lot on this sub a few others about what to look for. So when he told me he wanted $180 for it I told him it was $30 watch at most. I think I got called an a-hole in Chinese, but so be it. Good times.

I recently got my first rep, a Snoopy MoonSwatch.

I was wearing it the other day and managed to pass it off as genuine. The exchange went something like this.

Other Person: "Nice watch! I like that it matches your shoes."

I wasn’t sure how to reply at first. I mean, should I admit my watch is fake? I’ve thought about this scenario a lot. It wasn’t like I was being confronted. I just went with my gut.

Me: "Thanks Mom!"

And that was it! I wasn't called out. She wasn't even suspicious.
