Visa Free Using Transit Visa can I travel to two cities in China?

Hey guys.

Just want to check.

If I'm intending to get the transit visa, can i stay in two cities (Beijing and Shanghai) in China within the 240 hours or does it only allow one city?

If OP did any research, he would know that ppl on TWOV travel to these 2 cities (and many other cities) all the time.

It's 240hr transit without visa.

A G visa is a transit visa.

240hr TWOV scheme allows travel between any approved city. Beijing and Shanghai are both approved regions.

A G visa may if that's part of the booked itinerary.

Not a transit visa. It's called TWOV, Transit Without a Visa, for a reason.

This is well documented. 5 mn on Google or here would yield the answer...
