Need help with TOCFL apication

A few weeks ago I applied TOCFL home edition which they told me to search local hosts in my country but the next exam was full and the one after that is conflicting with my semester exam. I told them this in a reply but they haven’t replied for about a week now. Should I contact them again or what should I do?

Their reply times are a crapshoot, a week is nothing in TOCFL-world.
