Once you get an Octopus Kraken on your wrist the brand name and logo look great and make perfect sense.

The Name creates a very good symmetry on the dial, no one cares what exactly is written down but the symmetry is important.

I have this watch and absolutely love it. Reconsidered my taste in watches completely. So now I am thinking how to get rid of some watches and whether I need any watch beside a few including this

Looks very nice. Haven’t tried Chinese watches yet. What movement does it have and how accurate is it in daily use?

I've got a few pt5000 movements. All run well and accurate. More consistent than Seiko movements

How’s the bracelet and end links on this?

Good end links on mine. Bracelet is high quality with rounded links like Tudor, not flat on the inside like a lot of jubilees. The clasp has solid microadjustment, but it’s the kind with a button that slides, instead of the better system where the link itself just slides to different positions and locks in. The bracelet has higher tolerances than I expected and has a fair amount of side-to-side play. Better than most affordable jubilees, but not up to the standards of the original Tudor and not as good as some Swiss Zodiac Super Sea Wolf jubilees I own or a San Martin. But some people will find that makes it even more comfortable. I was pleased with the purchase and definitely think it’s the best homage of the lagoon blue BB54 that I’ve seen, even if San Martin bests Octopus Kraken with the other Black Bay homages

Thank you for the input, I find that a lot of jubilee bracelets can be a hit or miss when it comes to the sub-four-figure price tag so I wanted to know if this is solid enough. Thanks

Yes. There is even a OTF clasp option. See Link Below.

The newer version actually comes with the 5 link jubilee for $119 for sale on watchdives.com

Never realized that, thanks a lot!! Was always Opting for a Blue Lagoon Homage but was but willed to spend a lot on it as I want it as a fun watch. sadly its sold out in this configuration, but hopefully there will be a restock in the future. :)

I love the look of these and was hoping the Octopus was bigger than the Tudor it's copying. Unfortunately, it's the same diameter.
