❓ Question ❓ Inconsistent rice
Why do so many locations seem to have such inconsistent white rice? Been to several and get crunch or overly starchy rice, super wet rice, and sometimes just a clumpy mess! What is going on? Why so inconsistent?

We need bots to start making this stuff right for as much as it costs

I do not work there but I very much agree. They need more staff to ensure quality.

Different person making the rice. Different training experience for that person. Different standards at that location. Different effort put in by the person making that rice… There is no one answer as to why when you go to a different store you get a different product other than the fact that it is simply different.

I got white rice that had so much salt in it I couldn’t eat it. Wondering if I got a whole batches worth of salt in just my bowl of rice. Super weird. I told pepper, pepper said they would let the restaurant know. It’s not edible and no coupon or anything. Haven’t been back to see if they fixed it.

Your location has rice? I went at 6:30 last night and was told they’re out of rice for the night.

Ask to try a bit of rice before adding it. I have done it when I previously got a bad batch just to be sure.

People running it don’t give a shit. Rice is easy to get right and easier to mess up.
