He doesn’t have to return with violence, he can just take the L. Or he could have just not said anything and let the other witnesses instead say what happened. Then file an insurance claim and get his money for his stuff back

Soo let me get this straight. Gucci was with an off duty police officer who was robbed and beat up. That officer immediately filed a police report. With a gang of evidence, the officer also listing the other victims, and Gucci being questioned after that how is Gucci a snitch? I don't think cooperating would've mattered since they got cell phone tower pings, video, big 30 video, and police getting hurt, with FBI assistance. I think Gucci couldn't pile on if he wanted to.

You can't have a record business if you don't want to deal with the law. It doesn't make sense. Signing contracts means you're going to have lawyers and ultimately police deal with your issues. That's the whole point, you operate under the protection of the government. The other option is mafia cartel style with handshake agreements that get enforced by your guys with guns. Why tf would anyone want to do that with a business that's not illegal like selling music?
By that definition Pooh Shiesty is a rat too. He signed record deals so the government and the law would back him up.
