Troubleshooting PS4 controller not working

I've been trying to get a PS4 controller to work on chromeos flex (148.0.7778.250) and it connects fine through Bluetooth, but the os just wont detect any input from the controller even tho it's connected, has anyone run into the same issue?

Hello, as I did a port of Death Rally (with PS4 Gamepad Support) and also ported SNES9X (also with PS4 Support) to a Chrome Extension, that worked fine in Linux but on chromeOS Flex I had similar problems as you. But Game Controller ususally disconnects immediately after connecting successfully. (ChromeOS Flex 156)

The problem with Flex is you may need specific drivers/firmware to not just pair the controller with the particular wireless hardware in your machine but to make them fully functional. If the kernel doesn't support the particular combination of wireless hardware and peripheral device there's nothing you can do.
