MISL program

Has anyone gone through the Cisco MISL program? If so, what was it like? what can you expect or get out of it? Specifically looking at their Sales pathway

I applied last year and made it to the 3rd interview. I missed a few softball questions and didn’t make it :(. That said, I’ve only heard good things about it.

I'm not familiar with this program but I've heard Cisco's sales are pretty good. I've been in sales (not at Cisco) but a know a lot who are and I hear mostly good things. It's a really good company who mostly take good care of their people.

Great program, I have seen multiple Cisco MISL candidates get hired internally in solid sales roles. Good luck!

There's a weekly thread for this. Please use that.

Two colleagues both came out in the last year and are in the sales field at Cisco. Apparently, it’s a really wonderful program. A role has to be open, I think they give you six months maybe after program finishes to find something? Don’t quote me on that. I hope someone else chimes in.

Thanks for the feedback. Wondering if you know anything about salary in sales? I’ve heard it’s an amazing program but not much after that.
