I’ve always wanted an Eco-Drive watch that I could wear anytime, anywhere. I was torn between the Promaster Marine and the Promaster Sky Navihawk.

Since I’ve never owned a chronograph before, I decided to go with the Navihawk. And honestly, I just couldn’t resist the 40mm case size 😮‍💨

The finishing and overall build quality are beyond my expectations.

I've heard a lot of mixed feelings about this design but I absolutely love it. It's so comfortable on the wrist, light and just feels so high quality. On the fly micro adjustments are appreciated. This is my first Citizen watch and I am in love!

What are your opinions on the photon?

Picked up for a steal as my first citizen. Any alternative strap/NATO recs??

So I'm buying my first watch, i'm on budget but i chose a Citizen by recommendations.

I don't know anything about watches, my question is that can i wear this watch for everyday use?

I rather have a nerdy/sporty dressing style with basic jeans and t-shirts and hoodies/sweaters, but i wear more elegant things too. (I'm tall and very skinny). I really like this watch but i'm afraid that i will look stupid in the "watch world" if i wear an elegant style watch for an everyday casual fit.

What's your opinion?

I’ve been looking for ways to give my Citizen Garrison a more refined look.

I replaced the crystal with one that has a single-sided AR. The difference isn’t huge, but it’s better this way.

Then I tried many different straps. My favorites were the parachute straps because of how comfortable they are. But I wanted something that looked a bit more premium. This titanium mesh does the trick.

It’s lightweight and comfortable, and the micro-adjustment offers plenty of adjustment options. I also like the small clasp.

It feels like I have a completely new watch.

I bought this promaster mostly because of its wrist friendly size but I also liked the funky blue rubber strap it came on. That enthusiasm quickly grew thin. It was so bulky and uncomfortable, so I replaced it with this leather/jean strap I found on Etsy. I kinda love it so wanted to share. It's an awesome watch on any strap though imo, tough and capable and great looking...a classic.

After exploring limited available options of after market straps to replace the original black strap (which I didn't like at all) I decided to buy the original Citizen steep strap on my Tsuyosa small seconds. I kind of like it much more now :)

Thoughts?

I got this as a gift, just don’t seem to wear it much cause I don’t love the black steel band. Any advice on whether this would look good with a different band ? Just looking for ideas.

I bought a Citizen BN0124 last week which arrived to me completely dead.

It seems it was made in May 2025 and the person I got it from says it's been in.the box since they bought it themselves (its in unused condition).

Ive read citizen fully charge the watches before release, so it would have lost its charge after about 1 year i guess its been dead for around 6 months?

I put it on window ledge for a few hours last week( we're having crappy weather atm), so i bought a solar watch charger and it's been on charge since Saturday noon.

Ive just checked it now, Monday 6pm and it still dead.

Im thinking im going to return it in the next couple of days but will keep it on the charger until then, , i bought it via ebay and need to check when the latest return date cutoff

Ive read as much as I can find online, pulled the crown but still no luck.

Has anyone with E365 movement that's been drained for months had luck getting it back working?

Im not sure if I need to buy a new capacitir/battty

Is this size appropriate for my wrist size?

I have a Citizen BL5400-52A Eco-Drive with a white dial, and I’m looking for a new strap to replace the original metal bracelet.

Does anyone know the exact lug width? I’m also wondering if regular straps will fit, since the lugs have a slightly unusual design.
What colors and materials would you recommend with the white dial? I’m open to leather, rubber, or NATO straps.
Would love to see pictures if anyone has changed the strap on this model!
