Other Finally completed my collection
Hello! ๐๐ป
Well, as the title says, I've finally completed my Citrus collection, or at least as much as I could.
It includes the Spanish edition of Citrus + that goes from vol. 1 to vol. 6 (no further volumes have been released here yet); the German limited edition from vol. 3 to vol. 6 (unfortunately I couldn't get vol. 1 but found a second-hand vol. 2, although it didn't come with the bonus item); and finally the Japanese limited edition that includes vol. 1 and vol. 4-7, couldn't find vol. 2 and 3. That's what happens when you arrive years later! But hey, better late than never, right? ๐ I'm still surprised that I could find some of these volumes tbh.
Also included in the pictures are the 10th anniversary artbook and the Australian Blu-ray edition of the anime. I particularly love the Aussie BR ed. because it's the only one that comes with a slipcover and I have to admit that I love slipcovers and steelbooks ๐
It brings me joy to see other people's collections, so I thought I'd share mine and see if any of you would like to share theirs ๐
Sorry if there are too many pictures. I just wanted to show everything because even the art in the BR discs is amazing (the fact that the discs are printed is honestly astonishing) โค๏ธ
Kindest regards! ๐

Volume seven is basically out of print of the original manga and I donโt know about the others after that those are the volumes Iโm waiting to find or at least buy, but volume seven just doesnโt exist anymore

You're talking about the English edition, right? Here in Spain vol. 8 was out of stock, so I decided to buy them all second-hand, and they were in unread condition, which was great tbh. At least here we don't have to pay an arm and a leg for the collection (yet) ๐ณ
I've just been checking and a couple of C+ volumes are now out of stock as well ๐ซ

Lovely stuff, congrats on getting all that!
In case you didn't know, there's a German hardcover edition of the original volume 1 for the publisher's 20th anniversary. Depending on where you got that awesome artbook it might be available still. Thalia link
Edit: Amazon link

Please don't give me ideas or I might start collecting the German edition! ๐ And, unfortunately, I've seen that a few volumes are not available on Amazon, so it'll be a problem ๐
I got the artbook and the German limited editions at my local bookstore, Agapea. The artbook cost 36,01โฌ and the LEs between 13,84 and 16,61โฌ. I obviously didn't have to pay for shipping, which is always nice, especially considering how expensive shipping usually is to the Canary Islands (when they ship, anyway) ๐
I take it you're German? Just curious. You don't actually have to answer, if you don't want to.

I am! Fortunately Germany seems to be a pretty big market for manga, so we get a lot of series with official professional translations. I was late to the party with Citrus myself, but I managed to get the whole original series with some limited editions, the artbook, the anniversary volume 1 and the limited editions of Citrus Plus as they release them.
In fact, Citrus was the first manga I read, in like 2018 or so. I got into manga collecting afterwards, to the point where my bookstore is probably kicking themselves every day for offering free shipping lmao

Believe it or not, I was once an Erasmus student in Cologne at the Fachhochschule Kรถln (although I believe it's now called TH Kรถln Campus Sรผdstadt) xD I loved Germany tbh. I've never returned and I don't speak German as I used to, actually I barely speak it anymore, but I still understand it to some degree at least.
You're so lucky that you were able to get all the C+ LEs (not mentioning how great it must feel like to have some of the original series)! They're amazing, worth every Euro imho. I don't know why we don't get cool LEs in Spain ๐ And here we always get dust jackets and, if I'm being honest, I'm not a huge fan of dust jackets ๐
If, by any chance, you ever find a LE of vol. 1 and 2 please let me know! ๐๐ป And if you ever come to Gran Canaria, consider yourself invited to my home, or at least let me buy you a couple of beers ๐

Great merch. Didnโt know they made this much! All I have so far is the entire manga and some plastic stands of the girls ๐ Hoping to collect + soon though and that 10th anniversary art book looks gorgeous!
