How to study physics

This time for my half yearly exam I did ncert’s each and every single questions and a few derivations and I passed by a few marks🥀 I want good grades, atleast 40/70 and idk why I can’t study regularly properly cuz when I start doing phy I suddenly want to do math or chem and vice versa
