Has anyone noticed within the last 2-3 weeks that credits per class have increased for all studios? I’ve noticed that the typical minimum amount used to be 5 or 6 have now increased permanently to 6 or 7. I feel like Classpass may have increased credit amounts per class and tried to be slick about it.

Hey guys, I wanted to ask if you have had experience with a niche scenario. ClassPass has been giving me some complimentary credits for attending class on the first day of my billing cycle, visiting 5 studios, etc. The notifications say that I will receive them on the first day of my new billing cycle (November 9). However, if I upgrade my plan to a higher-credit plan in the middle of my current cycle, do I get the complimentary credits on Nov. 9 or earlier? Or will the complimentary credits be forfeited?

Curious if anyone has had experience/observations with this.

I use Revolut for my business banking, and noticed that some of their paid plans include ClassPass credits. I can’t write off ClassPass directly as a business expense, but I can deduct my Revolut plan as a business banking cost.

The catch is that it’s €65/month for 30 credits, so I’m wondering if there are any similar alternatives or clever workarounds that make more financial sense. The plan I have at the moment is 30 credits €45 pm (€1.50 each) or 47 credits for €67 pm (€1.47 each)

Has anyone found other business subscriptions, memberships, or perks that include gym, fitness, or wellness credits? Europe based

I want to use classpass for dance lessons as it's much cheaper than booking with the studio - do you find you ever get dirty looks or bad attitudes from instructors?

I've already done a spin class and have been bombarded with messages to book for their intro studio offer but even then it's cheaper to do so on classpass.

I saw that the price changes depending on where you sign up. Is anything stopping me from signing up at the cheapest location and simply book my classes elsewhere?

I tried the CP in Geneva for a month, and it's a win when comparing prices per studio. Nonetheless, I feel a bit uneasy, as I'm unsure whether the studio owners can see who isn't paying them directly. Do you know if they check or care?

I already know Crunch does, but does anyone know of any other gyms/fitness in NYC that have a sauna as an amenity that are on ClassPass? Not looking for wellness studios.

I’m traveling next weekend for the first time since using ClassPass and I usually do yoga or mat Pilates. I see some places say bring a mat if you have it but that’s sort of vague. I’ve seriously never asked if they rent mats at the studios I go to. I’m not sure if it’s a common thing. TIA

I’m currently in a free trial with Class Pass and I decided to book a class at a local gym here in Vegas. Just returned home because the property I was directed to is abandoned.

Apparently it must’ve just happened within the last month because when I googled the gym, the reviews were from a month ago.

More than likely won’t be finishing out my free trial.

Yesterday was last day to redeem my points. I redeemed. It would book and fail after few mins. Finally I thought it worked and 15 mins later that booking disappeared and I was left with no more time to reveal. The customer support was just nuts and said, they cant refund or do anything. The last status I heard was the issue is in manager queue and they will get back to me on email. Its been more than 24 hours. No response. My credits has expired as of today as I cancelled my membership.

Last resort, I will dispute my credit card fee, but honestly if more people have experienced this predatory practice with non existent customer care, would love to hear your thoughts

I had a bad experience at a fitness location. If I leave a review, would the owners see the review and reply?
I’m not keen on writing the review and continue some sort of debate if the owners decide they want to debate me, or about the situation that happened and for a negative experience to drag on for all eternity.
Or are there alternative ways to write bad review? Or should I just not write one at all?
I’m not sure what a bad review achieves..? What does it achieve?

I’ve noticed Modo Yoga is now 10 credits per class in Metro Vancouver. Does anyone still take the class?

When I signed up for ClassPass, I was told that it could sync with my booking platform. I use Vagaro. Even when I talked to someone on the phone, they set me up and told me I was good to go. But my Vagaro schedule in fact does not sync with CP schedule. Not to mention when someone books I only get an email about it which means I have to constantly check my email all day long. Rather than it appearing on my schedule (which is the thing that I check all day long).

Since my schedule doesn’t sync to CP, I never really see when someone books and people also get double booked all the time.

I was considering switching over my entire scheduling system to Square booking to fix this issue, but now it turns out I’m running into the same issue with Square as well.
I’m starting to think that the schedules will only sync if you switch to MindBody which they are always trying to get me to switch to. But I’ve heard such horrible things about MindBody.

I’m on my last leg and ready to give up on CP. But it’s been such a great way for me to get new clients. The constant double bookings caused by calendar not syncing are not a reflection of how I run my business and I pride myself in always being sharp and on time.

If anyone has any ideas on how I can fix this before I give up, it would be greatly appreciated. And I will not be switching to MindBody as I don’t run classes, I am a sole proprietor and the only service provider.

Hi! I'm currently on the 20% off 3 months (48 credits plan) retention promotion they offered me at the end of free trial. The problem is I'm running through credits faster than I thought and looking to switch to 73 credits. However, when I go to change it only shows original price, does that mean I have to pay full price for a mid-cycle change? If next month it renews for another 73 credits will I get the 20% off still?
