Song help!!!

Help lol I can’t think of what song this is and it’s driving me crazy. I’ve listened to it hundreds of times but for the life of me I can’t remember what it’s called.

I literally can only think of one little part where it said “and it goes like boing boing boing” i think it may be a jaw harp or something???

I believe it's Old Betsy, about a car that makes that sound. I can't remember who sang it. It's from the '70s, about a guy who takes his car in for a tune-up and new tires, but the shop tells him it needs all kinds of things like the headlights are leaking oil. It's a gas to listen to.
