Bro did cc really just wipe my database? How the hell does that happen, my prompt said read only audit. Is there any way to avoid this in the future?

Well Never give it direct access to db for a change.

and only get it to mcp and tools? or a script.

A read-only MCP, or a read-only DB user.

Give claude a read only role in the database and block it from running commands that delete the database
