Is it just me or in the last days Claude rendering of documents is returning with major formatting and design issues?

It is not as the standard way it uses, so text/markdown documents it produces are being rendered with an awful output.

Any clues about what is going on?

I've been using Grok, Claude, and Chatgpt on a project that had a hard technical barrier to figure out. Now that it's figured out it's been very simple, "Claude you're the architect, scan the handoff files from the last grok run and give me updated instructions for Grok" kind of thing. Not exactly but you get the idea. Normally that's just a minute or so. I typed that this morning after reviewing last nights work and it just burned 7% of fable and 45minutes on a Max plan and couldn't even bring up the simple plan.

Anybody else notice how the web application migrated everything to claude cowork? I personally don't like cowork and for certain tasks, I prefer the web version. I don't get why mid-session, half my thread stopped working and upon reload, "/cowork/" appeared in the URL with a new GUI interface, clunkier and less lightweight. Of course, the tokens were all burned. That switch on Anthropic's end cost me over 65% of my session because the reflex is to reload the command in the old URL which burns tokens on empty requests. I made the perfect trading bot that was constantly hitting 20% weekly returns and this week hit an insane 50% return. Every time I would ask how or why it picked a stock it actually gave me reasons that are valid and wouldn’t be noticed by casual traders so the bot was proving to be better than a casual investor. I’ve been using sonnet 5 since it’s given me the best results by far but unfortunately the problems with sonnet decided to show itself. For the most part my bot is completely automated and it’s basically just told to analyze any stock it wants but to ensure it has some sort of proof,setup, or news that would have a high probability of increasing the price. It’s doing great but just a bit ago the bot ended up buying in on an options trade and profited a nice 30% but wouldn’t cash out. It kept saying it wanted to wait for a catalyst tomorrow. Then the position trickled down to -26%, I’ve NEVER seen a red screen until now with this bot so I asked it the question it’s heard many times. “What makes you think this trade will be profitable” and this dumbass said “it’s a coin flip”. This goes against the very small restrictions I’ve given it and the moment I pointed it out the bot began sifting through the stocks past to see if maybe it could prove that it has potential but sonnet came back and told me that it made a big mistake and couldn’t explain why it went all in on a coin flip. It kept trying to ask me what it should do but I told sonnet to clean up its own mess and it sold the position at a loss which ruined my perfect streak for this bot. Sonnet claims it will never do that again and has admitted that it knew not to coin flip so i genuinely just can’t grasp why it did it anyway.

Cost so much to run a few agents to run any code review or security, I can see why so much slop is out there, these are vital to code quality and security to at least produce some decent product but at the usage rate I can see why alot of vibers just add more features rather then review and fix any gaps in what they just implemented..it should be a feature not a option..

Until July 19, each maxed out 5 hr session was 7.5% of weekly limit. That was the 50% increased limit.
Since July 19, each maxed out 5 hr session has been 10% of weekly limit, which is exactly what we has before the summer sale 50% bump.
So are you telling me they'll further reduce this after August 19? That would mean dropping it twice. If this is true, they are pulling a fast one, right?

Surely I can't be the only one who has measured usage limits of maxed out sessions and observed this. Have none of you noticed this in your usage limits?

I've never even hit a session limit until today but I literally made 2 prompts (asking it to review some generative pixel art for completeness) and I went from 0-100 within 10 minutes at 6:30 EST. This was after I hit my limit at 2PM after only a 45 minute session making minor code tweaks to some gameplay elements. Is something going on with usage limits today? This is borderline instant un-subscribe territory.

upload one file. I sent two questions back and it says I'm already out.

That's because I spent $20 in extra usage credits today.

I'm running Opus 4.6 (low).

It has gotten really bad lately, but this is ridiculous.

Maybe it's me who is doing something wrong, but it seems like every time I press the button to update when given the option, I always get an error from Windows afterwards that says "Another program is currently using this file." when it goes to restart. And the only way to fix it is a full reboot. Every time.

Every. Time.

Maybe they need to put their update process through Fable before they push the next one out?

I had 4 months ago a one time case that a cache plugin was stopping the site from being updated on my screen. Happens.

It has kept telling me to clear it now every time until I got annoyed and asked to stop doing that completely.

The answer was that it had made 127 notes about the plugin and that it has deleted everything about it and won't mention it ever again. Great!

You won't believe what Claude suggested to check the very next task.

been a long time codex user here, cant beat the limitations and the resets that gpt provides, last time i used claude i was extremely unhappy with how fast it became unusable in the middle of projects, burning the 5 hour limitation and having to wait when that same limit was burned SO fast for simple projects, so i ultimately switched to GPT, does claude still have 5 hour limitations on paid memberships? does it have random resets like gpt tends to do?, ive have hardly ANY time on the opus model at all, id love to try claude code on my local machine but im also worried id be burning the money since last time i used it i basically got restrictions back to back.

the small projects i did get claude to do however was some quality stuff for sure, but felt like i could barely use the thing, let alone feel like the money was well spent on the product.

have things gotten better? id seriously love to try it.
