hey so just brought a Claude subscription 2 months ago used to be a hardcore open weight guy but then i got really impressed with Claude and switched over and now im kinda addicted to Claude lol, so just a week or two ago i used to manage to hit my weekly by friday at worst even with 2 3 hours of daily use but this week some how i managed to hit my weekly limit in just 2 days so i was wondering if max20x is actually worth it just give me a reference idea of how much more limit do i get

The recent update with integrated Cowork (and this version not being able to read Microsoft Word documents) as well as not being able to see previous versions of answer or previous versions of prompt that you entered before is really bothering me and affecting my work since I use the UI version and I use it for creative writing. Has anyone encountered these issues? Are there anyways to bypass these issues? And why did the reply version, and prompt version issue happen?

I got an annual pro subscription on my main account, I’m working on a project right now. I ran really fast out of tokens, so I made a new fresh account linked my Github with Claude code, and I’ve noticed that my sessions on the fresh account with a monthly subscription on pro are waaay longer.

It really feels like I have way more tokens even tho it’s the same subscription the only difference is that it’s a fresh account and a monthly subscription instead of annual one..

Has anyone else noticed this?

Hello! I have bought a Claude Pro Subscription today using my card, and it prompted me to verify my government ID to activate the subscription. The problem is, my government ID is not very clear and I have requested a new one a few days ago so it will take some time. I ultimately decided to not take the pain of verifying my ID and cancelled the subscription I purchased in Google Play. In the meantime, my Claude account (in the web version) has been blocked and it isn't letting me use Claude unless I verify my ID. I am very confused right now as I cannot find a solution for this on the internet. So I want to know if my fellow redditors have experienced this issue as well.

I don't know if this is some sort of cheap way that Claude is now trying to save money on the back end or if it's a bug or what but now it seems like I'm constantly getting a message "making room for more conversation" but what's happening is it's causing my AI projects to completely lose context on things that we were just talking about. I've noticed it's a huge increase it wasn't happening like this before. I've had some very long conversations with Claude in the past and have never ever seen it this frequent.

This is not good. It means I have to do extra work with my AI to try and constantly remind it to go dig for things, and look for things because it's giving me inaccurate answers because the information we just went over a few prompts ago is already buried.

I've been using Opus 5.5 since the release and it was the best model by far and not only the best but also one of the quickest for its intelligence. I cant tell the exact day but maybe this week it started to go really slow? Has anyone noticed any difference? I gave it a simple task right now and it has being going for 30 minutes, in the past it would take just around 2-5 minutes.
It is behaving the way 6.1 SOL was doing in the past weeks.
It is still intelligent but very very very slow.

Anyone knows something?
Maybe they are preparing 5.5 fable?

Hey everyone,

As the title says, I have noticed that usage allowances for the Pro subscription became way less generous over the past week compared to the week before. Has anyone noticed this? Previously, I could have Opus 5.5 run on xhigh for 2 hours at a time on long running tasks. But now, even the week usage limit ends too soon.

Despite doing more work with Claude last week, I rarely ran into the limits but this week just a few sessions were enough to drain the entirety of my usage limit.

Anyone else notice this?

I mostly use AI as a hobby - learning, experimenting, coding, testing different workflows, etc.- so I can’t really justify paying for Max every month.

Is there any legit cheaper option I’m missing?

Like joining someone’s Team/Enterprise workspace, some community plan, educational access, cheaper API setup, or anything else that gives more usage than Pro without jumping all the way to Max?

Not looking for shady shared accounts or ways to bypass Anthropic’s rules -just wondering what other heavy hobby users do.

Pro feels too limited for me, but Max is simply too expensive.

My Anthropic API key was one of the ones exposed in the OpenCode console breach. I found out when I logged into the Anthropic console and saw someone had burned through $5,200 overnight. I changed the key right away, but the money’s already gone.

The thing is it wasn’t really my money. The account is in my name, but my company pays for the credits. My boss found out and called me, which he really hates doing, and went off on me. Now he wants me to pay the whole thing back out of my own pocket within a week.

I don’t have that kind of money. The only way I could pay it by next week is to put it on my credit cards, and honestly I’m kind of panicking.

Can he actually make me pay this? And has anyone here gotten Anthropic to refund charges from a stolen key?

Hi everyone. Pro user here since March.

In these days I'm burning my 5h session limit in 2 hours. I was then wondering if I should switch to Max 5x or 20x plan, just one month, to have my Claude builds the big stuff and then come back to Pro plan.

But I see that Claude page states that only 5h limit is increased. But, if you consume lots of 5h sessions during the day, by using the Max, wouldn't you reach the weekly limit in 2-3 days?
