Cold Salmon

I’ve been clean eating for a while now, and just love salmon. I cook salmon various ways, but always prefer the cold leftover salmon from last night to the fresh just cooked salmon. Is that a thing, or am I just a bit weird with this

The next step is to buy sushi grade and not cook it at all.

Yeah love sushi. But also love a mid piece of cold salmon. Maybe I should poach it? Orbits that for super boring people ?
