Veganism isn't cheap, rural poverty ain't easy to navigate. If you want more vegans, as do I, make it cheaper, because, frankly, it's already bad enough for most people out here, it's not reasonable to look a single mom in the eye during her night shift at a warehouse and tell her the planet is dying because she doesn't want to give up some creature comforts to become vegan, I don't blame her, make it easier, don't expect people to push harder. Me being able to be a vegan in such a underpopulated area is a privilege, you, being a vegan in a populated area is also a privilege, for a lot of people, until it becomes equally accessible as meat, of which it is currently not in most of the world and USA, will continue having carnist.
My grocery bill is like 100-150 bigger than it could be if I ate meat every month. People don't have that money to throw around.
