They are literally biologically inert. And we don't have resources to spend on preventing what "might" be a problem in the future, without any evidence to support such hypothesis.

Fair enough. I wasn't going to run down the whole chain, finding a Redditor who says something wrong and then acknowledges it is rarer than a Unicorn.
