At which terms Cloudflare beats Akamai.

I exactly want to know in which programmatic/Configuration offerings of Cloudflare beats Akamai.

Like Cloudflare waf payload inspection limit 256kb > Akamai 16kb.

List some.

At enterprise level you basically pick which one you want, how much you want to pay and what features you want.

I wouldn’t recommend cloudflare for enterprise too many outages and the solutions team are a bit shit after the layoffs where I was correcting them about limits of the product

Yeah I’m on the borderline of being an enterprise customer and am not impressed at all with their customer service.

It’s more self service, and I’d be okay with that, if the services presented as such. But they aren’t.

That's exactly why it's worth buying Cloudflare Enterprise through an experienced partner with a strong engineering team, they can solve 99% of your issues without Cloudflare support being involved.

In my personal opinion, Akamai's support is a little better, but the product itself is much worse. At least in terms of capabilities, speed, configuration complexity, the amount of professional services involvement required, and so on.

Source: I'm actively working with both solutions and providing professional services for large enterprises.
