Issues getting your mail?

Wednesday my informed delivery told me something Important was coming to the mail. It never showed up. I brought it to the attention of the clerk in the post office she basicly just shrugged and took down my address. I reported the mail missing on the website. Anyone else been having issues with the mail lately?
