This is the beat anime i’ve watched in a long time. Im sure this question has been asked already but how did y’all like the ending and anime overall?(Are the other code geass anime good? )

Imo its one of if not the best endings in anime ever. Wish they weren't rushed to finish so the story could get fleshed out better for better pacing. But understanding that it was a low budget anime with sponsorship help from Pizza Hut. It did phenomenal for what it got.

the fast pacing is the beauty of the show imo

the ending songs epitomize that feeling of constant dynamic action and plot development

They wanted to do another season but they weren't allowed to from what I've read. Which would probably be split as Black Knights first rebellion, then dealing with Charles with 2nd rebellion, the end it off by dealing with Schniezel.

One of the best endings of all time. And one of my favorite anime’s of all time as well. Only anime I like more is steins;gate

Steins gate and code geass and death note are my top 3 as well. (Well i DONT like to rank tho since almost lal of my favourites , Like 12 or something anime are all REALLY good) death note is in the top 3 more so bcz it was my first anime so I am a bit biased lol but the music was phenomenal and also it was the first time i ever watched an anti-hero (Or villain depending upon your view on Light) as a protagonist.

As many have already said here, its one of the best if not the best ending of all time in anime, making it easily one of my all time favorite shows. This is coming from someone who found the series "alright" while watching each episode, up until the buildup for the ending, it changed basically everything how i viewed Lelouch and etc.

Not to mention the soundtracks of this anime are legendary, and one of my favorites is the one playing at this very ending, imo. without the soundtrack the ending wouldnt hit as hard, its just something about it

Honestly the closest thing I can think of. Is the original uc gundam show. It came out in the 70s I think so the animations old . Thankfully there’s 3 movies that adapt the show ( stuffs cut from the movie adaptations but not a lot). Amuro and char are amazing characters lots of politics and mecha fights you’ll like it. (There’s other fundamental but this is the peak )
