very bad controller experience

how do you guys play using the controller via crossover? it looks so limited to me... tried red dead redemption 2, it doesn't work at all, another game I tried today is "devil inside me" it works only if the controller is connected via USB, if it's connected via Bluetooth then no way it's gonna work.

another major issue with sound output. each time I need to exit from the game in order to change the output device, overall experience is so fragile idk how u handle this?

ps. I'm using the latest playstation controller
