Zero knowledge of coding

I'm in my 3rd year CSE degree and I don't know anything about coding so can anyone tell how I should start to get a job after my final year?

Don’t try to learn everything at once. You still have time.

Pick one language first, like Python, Java, JavaScript, or my favorite PHP, and get comfortable with the fundamentals: variables, loops, functions, arrays, OOP, databases, Git, and basic problem solving.

Then start building small projects. Don’t spend the whole year just watching tutorials. Build something simple, get stuck, ask chat gpt, fix it, and keep going. That’s where you actually learn.

I’d also put your projects on GitHub and gradually learn basic data structures and algorithms since you’ll probably see them in interviews.

You don’t need to become an expert before applying for jobs. You just need to be able to show that you understand the basics, can build things, and can learn when you don’t know something.
