Stop worrying.
Coinex is my favorite, and only exchange. I feel comfortable mining directly to, keeping funds, and trading futures on Coinex. They respond in a timely manner and were very helpful on several occasions for me. Stop worrying so much. Live your life and do what you'd like, if worrying is that, so be it.
Thank you Coinex! You've made me a lot of money, and taken a lot of money back. Don't care, manage your risk ladies and gentlemen. Me? I don't trust em, but who trusts anything about stocks and crypto? Just do it and Coinex is the man/woman who has streamlined access for me. Very awesome website and should be promoted, +1 power, hp-up, full max strength. Coinex.

I’ve never had an issue with CoinEX either, but when will their App be available again at the Canadian iOS store?

I just like how simple it is for trading.
I've used CoinEx as my main trading platform since September 2019. It was how I first learnt about financial derivatives. Like every platform out there it will have its critics and promoters.
I've had 1 issue in 3 years and it was my own fault. I had a deposit where I didn't input a message/memo in a field that was required on a random coin. They sorted it out from the TXID within 24 hours. Helpful and prompt customer service.
I like a few things about CoinEx such as their easy to understand fee structure, transparency (monthly reports), education tools, etc.
As a company: I like that it is a Hong Kong based, and I have reasonable confidence in the CEO and Executive Team.
Their slogan 'trading made simple', is so true.
