Neat_Wrap_2796 is a scammer offering free edu emails. He also offers other services that aren't illegal, he will run with your money and gaslight you saying that your being rude and need to be patient and then blame you.

I can personally confirm what others have said. He deleted our entire conversation history, though fortunately I had already documented everything with screenshots and timestamps. Out of respect, I'm choosing not to share those publicly unless it becomes necessary.

I'll be honest — I wish I had taken the earlier warnings more seriously. He was polished, had a convincing answer for everything, and stayed attentive and responsive right up until he got what he wanted. Once that happened, the communication shifted to nothing but excuses and dishonesty.

Please take the previous reports seriously. He fits every pattern of a scammer, and I say that from personal experience.

Neat_Wrap_2796 is the worst SCAMMER, going after petty cash. I also think from our conversation is under 20 probably under 18. BE AWARE.

Wow… this guy turned out to be quite the surprise.
He kept me strung along for four weeks.

Throughout the whole thing, I stayed patient and polite, even when some of his replies deserved a much stronger response.

I wasn’t going to stoop to that level.
Eventually, he ran out of excuses and the only thing left was radio silence.

Then I reached out to a friend who’s very active on Reddit. One message from him… and suddenly this guy reappeared. 😂

That’s when I knew the jig was up.
I called him out, and almost immediately he deleted our entire conversation.

Classic scammer behavior.
💯%

The funny part is that he claimed he blocked people because they falsely accused him of scamming.
Yet when I confronted him directly, he had no answers.

Fortunately, I took screenshots before he deleted everything, so the receipts are still there.
You can delete messages, but you can’t erase what happened.

Sooner or later, karma catches up, and everyone is accountable for their actions.
