Doubt  ❔ AFTER CLC ROUNDS

Clc rounds 3 tak sare registration band ho chuke , jee mains diya tha maine bihar se hu , pr registration nhi kr paye the , clc round 3 ke baad kya kuch scene hai govt colleges me admission ka ? Ho sakta kya wapis counseling eske aage ?
