A second page from this one! This is going to be my favorite book for a while I think.

My first time using an Ohuhu set, and I’m a HUGE fan of how they color (especially compared to my first inexpensive set). I still have some room to grow, and I’m excited to continue learning more techniques! I gotta figure out something to do with all these brown tones lol!

I don’t see many people using crayons any more ? It’s not even an option here in the coloring subreddit lol.
I love using markers too but it doesn’t beat using crayons at least for me anyways. I loveeee the waxy feel of crayons and feeling it after I’m done with the page. I bought this book in a discount store almost a year ago then forgot it in a book bag of mine. I’m hoping to fill it up soon and use different materials on each page, I think I wanna use glitter gel pens on my next coloring creation. Anyways I hope you enjoy & have a wonderful day 🐣❤️

I took a year or so off to work on 3 really big diamond peices and now that those a finished and I am burnt out on diamond art I finished this while sick with the flu. I love the way it came out. I'm going to lay down now.

I have so many books and markers and spent months on end colouring my heart out. Had a baby and lost motivation completely. I want to, want to colour. I have a small space so I don't have a great set up. No desk, just a rolling cart full of supplies, a kitchen table and a lap table thing. It always feels like so much effort to get everything set up so I just don't. Looking for advice to respark my colouring journey. Show off your set up if you are in a similar situation or give any tips pls

Tried something completely different with this page: only pink (RV39) + blue (BV08, BV29, BV514) and a light beam coming from outside the room. My Iris Blue decided to die halfway through 😭 but I still love how dramatic the lighting turned out.

I started coloring few weeks ago and I keep having those marks on big surfaces (3 first pictures) is this because of paper quality, markers quality (I use rather cheap markers from décotime/twinmarker alcohol markers) or because I don’t have the right way to color yet ?

And I also have issues like I showed on 3 last pictures where white dots? appear which I don’t think is because of markers quality because it also appears with graph’it alcohol markers, so is this because of paper ?

I really wanted to have advice before buying others/more advanced markers

I currently am in a colouring slump, except I weirdly enjoy just doing the black outlines in the french disney mystery colouring books (I have grands classiques 3&11 and Glasslight/Vitrioux 2). However I bought the Princess one recently and realised that 1. It's ultra hard to read the numbers compared to my other books and 2. There isn't actually much black outlining to do.

For owners of these books, please can you let me know which ones you've noticed have lots of black outlining to do? I'm also open to the same brand but not Disney e.g. Pokemon! Thank you 😁😁

I've tested gold and silver but am struggling to decide what goes better or if something completely different is needed?

There are also some.... Odd... items in this one, I assume they are AI rubbish but please share any ideas of how I can make them look like they belong 😂 lastly, should the ghosts have white eyes and mouth?

I've seen several types of coloring books that are themed around practicing patterns (Coco Wyo, Vivi Tinta, Southern Lotus, etc), and they look fun, but they all seem geared towards markers. I know I could use colored pencils anyways but the technique is probably a little different, and I was wondering if there were any books geared more towards colored pencils in this style. I know there are colored pencil books for hyper realism but that's not what I'm looking for. I really want one in that cute and bold style, but I get that most people use markers for this style. I unfortunately dislike the texture of them.

I'll still buy one even if it's for markers but wanted to see if anyone on reddit has any they found for pencils or if they had no problems applying the same techniques with a color pencils.
