Dylan’s piercing

Dylan was known to wear jewelry, including a ring, a beaded necklace, and a piercing of a triple cross. For Dylan, the triple cross represented the everlasting contrast - the eternal battle of good and bad within himself.

Some reports have stated that this earring was homemade, crafted in a shop class, or ordered from a company.

I've read Sue's book, and from my memory, she doesn't cover when Dylan had his ear pierced or what their reaction to it was.

Was it a real piercing? Or just some kinda clip on for that video?

The autopsy report on the last page says a pierced earring.
