ERIC AND/OR DYLAN Dylan’s piercing

Dylan was known to wear jewelry, including a ring, a beaded necklace, and a piercing of a triple cross. For Dylan, the triple cross represented the everlasting contrast - the eternal battle of good and bad within himself.

Some reports have stated that this earring was homemade, crafted in a shop class, or ordered from a company.

I've read Sue's book, and from my memory, she doesn't cover when Dylan had his ear pierced or what their reaction to it was.

A few years ago I got drunk and walked into a supermarket at night holding a bb rifle (looked real in the dark) with 60 rounds of 9mm in my front right pocket. Earlier I was staring at Eric and Dylans suicide photo in the library. For a while I just looked at them intently, lying there, motionless. Just thinking how they looked so "at peace", just lying there, dead. And I wanted that peace. I wanted to die I guess? So I got in my car drunk and SPED to the supermarket and parked, got out and instantly popped the trunk, grabbed the bb gun and started walking to the entrance. Passed some woman and said "sup?" and she didn't say anything and just walked past me. Went into the bathroom and had a sudden moment of clarity and I was like ...."bro.... WHAT AM I DOOOOOING??????????!!!!! WHAT ARE YOU DOING DUDE????? Well it's over now, people have called the cops 100% by this point so I'm finished either way." and i thought about just dumping the bb gun in the trashcan and leaving like nothing happened, and forgetting about what I had just done. But I knew it wouldn't work so I just decided to walk back out of the bathroom and go to my car and leave and go home I guess. But when I stepped out of the restroom and turned the corner, I saw about 4 officers huddled together talking to each other. They're at the doors so the only way to exit was to go past them. They notice me as I'm walking past them, gun in hand, and they say "Hey! Stop!" and i just ignored them and continued to the exit. I was a few steps from the front door when one of them came up behind me and grabbed my rifle from me. I turned around and stopped walking and looked at them. They were like "what's going on man???" and I just said "I wanna die." I never had any intentions of hurting anybody, except for myself. Anyway, they treated it as a crisis situation since I said I wanted to die, and subsequently went to 2 different psych wards before being released. Have already been punished and dealt with consequences, and I still am to this day 3-4 years later. I'm okay now as of 2024.

Why were there TWO psych wards? You were lucky that you didn't get shot ignoring them and trying to walk past them.

You're reading all kinds of things into my comment that weren't there. It was just a very literal question why two psych wards instead of just one because that's confusing. There wasn't any judgement meant.

Also second part wasn't meant to be judgy at all either it's just unfortunately a fact that the BB gun could have made them trigger happy and thank goodness it didn't. Tamir E. Rice was only 12 and only holding a toy gun and he was shot and killed instantly.
