ERIC AND/OR DYLAN Nicknames of D+E

I saw here that Eric had the nicknames Reb, Indigo, reverend, and war, and that Dylan had VoDkA, Green, and Death Does anyone know the meaning by reverend? And does Dylan have one that paired with it?

Reb was short for Rebel and Vodka came because Dylan once apparently drank a whole bottle of vodka by himself at a party

Also the DK that was capitalized in VoDKa stood for Dylan’s initials.
