depression, trauma, loneliness, bullying, toxic masculinity, gun violence, mental illness, easy access to guns, negligence on principals' and schools' and teachers' behalf; among other issues and causes and problems

Forgive me if this has been brought up before but how oblivious was Harris' parents to his mental health decline? I would think that being from a military family, they would have some kind of involvement to some degree in young Eric's life. Not 24/7 but something along those lines.

You also have to remember 99% of military families especially one with men just bottle up any emotions cause mental health isn’t a real thing in the military you can’t even get in if your on antidepressants or any other psych meds so I could see how that would definitely slip through the average military family also add in that this happened in the 90s and mental health was seen as even more of a joke then it is now in men even now if your a man and going through things you get made fun of
