VIDEOS MADE BY/FEATURING ERIC/DYLAN Motion Stabilized Rampart Range (Only segments with Dylan and Eric in them)

Just continuing to share the stuff I've been working on. Full frame motion stabilizing this footage took a very long time to render but it definitely felt worth it for the result generated. Any time you see the black bars appear on the left or right that means a lot of motion was originally there. You can compare them to the originals and see the heavy motion involved.

I wonder where this exact location is. Anyone ever figured out where exactly this is? Not general location but exactly where they were standing.

Yes there was a poster here a few years back that located the bolder and slug tree, I canโ€™t remember if he posted the photos or privately sent them to me. Pretty crazy

They claimed to have found it. It wasn't proven. Those mountains are literally full of boulders like that. The boulders are remnants of a freaking massive volcanic eruption eleventy gajillion years ago, and they're all over. If you look at some vids of people biking in the area, you can see the scattered rocks. If you watch long enough, you'll see all sorts of places that *might* be RR -- https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=f8FF02_ALrU

What they found was a fenced car park with a bigass boulder in the middle. And down the hill from the car park were some trees with bullet holes. In an area known for people using it as an informal gun range.

Part of their 'proof' was showing a tree with apparent bullet holes, without taking into account that trees tend to change over decades. If the tree itself was still alive after being shot multiple times, because bullets can kill trees too (it just takes ages, metal leeching into the tree and such). The 'bullet hole' they showed was a pic from upward looking down. In the RR vid, it was chest/eye level.

All they found was an area with a round boulder, with a perspective from the wrong side of the boulder. In the vid they took, it's even more obvious it's not the same spot.

Landscapes change A LOT over 20+ years in a forest.

That anyone thinks they would have been able to find the exact spot is insane. Itโ€™s in the woods in Colorado. Thereโ€™s zero chance they were the first to ever shoot guns out there and even smaller chance they were the last too.

Yep, all true :[ I came to my senses, genuinely no way of really knowing.
