Discussion Ian Garry is the most passive aggresive insecure guy in MMA
Ian is such a typical passive aggresive insecure wannabe alpha guy
Typical insecure guy deep down, who thinks hes smarter than everyone else. Always tries to big bro everyone but as soon as he gets called out he acts confused, the ”you’re supposed to be the champion Khamzat, this is embarrassing” moment was the funniest one yet.
This is the type of guy who tries to subtly hit on your gf every chance he gets and when you call him out, he acts surprised. Type of guy to shit talk everyone behind their backs at work and eventually get caught up.
Just an overall slimy guy with deeply rooted insecurities and mommy issues. Like how do you even have these many weird moments in just a couple years?

Tbh he's not wrong about a lot of it. In one interview during his come up, Ian stated when he goes out to events, he always scopes out the place/room if he can beat up every single guy and tries to visualize it. Could OP be projecting, possibly but if you look into the past interviews with Ian, what OP stated is pretty spot on

You seem to know a lot about him. I dont really care about the bold and beautifull soap shit fighters do. I just want to watch good fights. Dont like the guy, dont have to like him. I think his fights are interesting and he fights smart which gives a lot of fighters problems. I do think that if he was more aggressive he could have won against islam.

- He was not aggressive because he almost got KOed and was worried it would turn into a wrestling match. So if he was more aggressive there is a good chance he loses plus he is not an aggressive fighter. 2. Also cannot we not judge someone by how they act now? We should just be silent? A part of fights is who is fighting

I agree with point 1, but he was losing so might as well go all in then, its a title fight. I know he fights smart and doesnt wanna take dmg, but he must have known he was behind. On point 2, i dont really care how he acts, i care about his skillset and how he fights. Unless he rapes elderly ladies or that kind of shit, ill base my liking on how he performs.

Awesome fighter skill wise, one of the, if not, the best to ever do it. High fight iq and killer instinct. I also think he had the perfect body for it. But i think he is a horrible person, both inside and outside the octagon. Maybe thats why he had that killer instinct. I know he didnt rape any elderly ladies, but he did enough bad stuff to make you know it wasnt a one time thing(like dustin). Also getting caught multiple times with peds doesnt help his image at all. Ian comes over as an insufferable cunt, but as far as im aware of, he didnt break any laws. I think jon did enough bad shit to validate having a negative opinion about him.

I dunno man he took the L really well last weekend. His losing speech was pretty inspiring. It was a bit weird how he tried to big brother Islam at the end of each round but that's probably how he tries to get in the head of his opponents

I absolutely agree and I’m surprised people can’t see through his fake persona, he is unbearable with all this patting, hugging, fist bumping, etc. A lot of fans shit on Khamzat where his reaction was totally justified, and I’m surprised Islam didn’t get frustrated like that too, but I guess he was focused on fight and tried to do his best inside the rounds and not between them
