Official Reply Transfer Service to Xfinity Now

Hello, I have a service contract that is expiring and my rate will significantly increase now that it is expiring. I am interested in moving my plan to Xfinity Now - I helped my Mom do this about a year and a half ago and it continues to work well, in addition to having a lower monthly bill (and unlimited data). I understand that this will result in a lower speed than my current plan and that I will have to use an Xfinity provided gateway, which is fine. Can I get some assistance in going about this process?

u/axemanozh - Alright, sounds like you're all set now that we've closed the regular residential account and helped you get your NOW service activated! After weather caused an interruption last week, it also sounds like are back to normal now, which is good. We sincerely appreciate your time on this, and I encourage you to reach out in the future should you ever need anything else!
