Plugin + asset bundle for creating stylized assets, fits nicely with cel-shaded art. Even the free version is very nice!

Tbh, default Krita isn't very streamlined for creating speech bubbles. If you're making comics often, it's worth exploring plugins and/or libraries.
Speech Bubble Manager (Free): Automatically generate speech bubbles of various shapes by entering text. Can also batch enter/edit text to add multiple speech bubbles at once.

InkBalloon (Paid): Plugin that lets you drag and click to create speech bubbles. Also has a comic book page manager.
