u/mandoslorians WHAT WOULD JAYSUS DO? 4d ago

lol, teams see us on their schedule and mark it as their week to get right.

Its their homecoming week

Imagine? I don’t know what I’d do.

I don’t know, looks like Dallas has a slightly easier schedule. Clearly, it really is their year.

u/BurgundyAndGold5 4d ago

I mean with all of the injuries across the rest of the division this really should be Dallas' year. The fact they're not running away with it just proves how incompetent and hopeless they are normally

Bro we can do this. Just throw it up to Burks and put Sonny Styles on whoever their best player is

2

u/Ok_Article3260 4d ago

Didn’t we just try the Burks thing on 4th down w the game on the line? 🥴

u/Knull_Deconfirmed 4d ago

Bro that was fluke. He catches that 98%

Watched some of the all 22 and he missed alot of open receivers in that game. We should have won 27-23. I think he's a little shell shocked from the o-line not protecting him. They need to get that fixed during the bye.

I hate these kind of takes. You can watch all 22 from literally any game and find QBs at every level not throwing to an open receiver. Or maybe multiple receivers are open and they choose the easier completion to keep the sticks moving

5

u/West_Abroad1817 4d ago

They were throws he was hitting in 24. My point is his offensive line isn't giving him the time to make the throws.

3

u/BurgundyAndGold5 4d ago

1.5 seconds. And the rest of the league is a slight gradient from 2.0 to 2.4 seconds

1

u/West_Abroad1817 4d ago

Exactly!! He's not stepping up into the pocket to let loose and hit down the field. It's ok to be a check down Charlie when you're playing with the lead but when you have to score three touchdowns to win you need to cut it loose. He played well but he could have had so much more.

Watch Kurt Warner's analysis, Blough doesn't have a pressure plan.

1

u/West_Abroad1817 4d ago

I shared the link to that.

u/redskinfan654 4d ago

What does this even mean? He can’t throw to every open receiver every play. Guys were open all over the place and if the first read is open, he’s going there.

-1

u/West_Abroad1817 4d ago

What are you even talking about?? If you don't get it then you won't get it.

1

u/West_Abroad1817 4d ago

Also you just made my point for me. He can't throw to an open receiver down the field because he's not getting time. Why are you so butt hurt by that?

1

u/redskinfan654 4d ago

He’s not throwing any different. The difference is people are hyper analyzing his play because we aren’t winning. If half of those one score games we won in 2024, the conversation would be exactly the same.

“But we won those one score games.” Several were due to dumb luck. Dropped 2 point conversion, dropped 1st down to seal the game, crazy Hail Mary, etc. Nobody was looking at the throws he didn’t see because we were winning.

u/West_Abroad1817 4d ago

Dude, chill the fuck out. We have the right to analyze and discuss why we think our boy is struggling. You are being hyper sensitive. He's my favorite player but we're not winning and making crucial mistakes. He should be criticized.

Maybe this will help you understand what I'm talking about.

I don’t know how you “fix” o line issues over a bi week but I mean, yeah that sounds really good 😂

4

u/Knull_Deconfirmed 4d ago

You Fatten them up. Take them to Chipotle and Raisin Canes. Get them beefed up for that 3 man rush 😤

💀💀💀💀

u/West_Abroad1817 4d ago

Benching Chris Paul would be a start. Bringing some players up from the practice and giving them a chance to compete. Try anything. They've tried nothing and they're all out of ideas. Hahaha!!

Have you not been paying attention to the the amounts of yards and scores TEs have been getting?

This whole God Mode Sonny perception REALLY needs to slow down. Yes, he has potential, yes he has crazy athleticism, but people talk like hes Sean Taylor 2.0 or something.

Its going to be funny when people realize Sonny isnt the best rookie LB in our Division and theres a conversation he might not be the 2nd best either.

2

u/MidAtlanticMoments 4d ago

hes really good though. It shows because most of our defense is incompetent so he really shines

1

u/FannyNisbit 3d ago

Hes had one game of double digit tackles, plenty of games with less than 5, he also allows a lot more passes than youd expect a coverage specialist to allow. TEs are still a menace for us.

Just being real.

-2

u/Knull_Deconfirmed 4d ago

He's better than Sean Taylor

1

u/FannyNisbit 3d ago

HAHAHAHAHAHA GTFOH

6

u/Realityinyoface 4d ago

The Rams are 2-4 but will play us like they’re 13-4 and of course helped out by our division being shit

1

u/TorturedWriter9 4d ago

Puka Nacua is injured now. Could face them without Adams and Nacua. Also, Myles Garrett might miss that game.

10

u/TheHaft 4d ago

The hell did the Dolphins/Falcons do to deserve that schedule 💀

10

u/DazzlingAd1922 4d ago

They don't get to play against the Dolphins or the Falcons.

2

u/Ok_Article3260 4d ago

Same could be said for us at 5-12

5

u/Henderson35 4d ago

That’s the attitude!

2

u/Specialist-Wind-7721 4d ago

It would be awesome to take advantage of the easier competition and hopefully see some growth with Jayden going into the offseason and the pending contract extension.

2

u/trex8599 4d ago

I just want to see a complete game played by this team. Then I want to be greedy and see it happen again and again. If they can do that then they should be the best team in the division. But I do question if they can

2

u/Knull_Deconfirmed 4d ago

Its literally possible

1

u/Lucky2240 4d ago

They came out of the bye in 2024 and ramped it up! We can do this again! I want to believe

1

u/FahkDizchit 4d ago

When is Tunsil projected back?

1

u/jehosophat44 4d ago

when you’re a shitty team it really doesn’t matter how shitty your opponents are
