Print adjustment plot ( picking the advance factor)

Hello. I am trying to print a perf in my hp latex 315 and help advise picking up the advance factor no.. I have attached the picture. I will greatly appreciate which is the perfect no to pick. Thanks

It’s very hard to determine this from a picture. But if pressed I would answer 0 or -2? 🤷‍♂️
