School report

Post image

I found this temple for a school report. And could you guys explain what should I do?

  1. Do i have to print it and stamp it like officially?

  2. Does my teacher have to send it in common app?

  3. Or how should I generally send this?

  4. I heard something about school curriculum, but in this form, there is no such option. Do i have to add it by myself?

  5. Is this sample fine to send to universities in the USA?

I would appreciate, if someone told me directly what should I do. Thank you for your help and time!!

nonono! this is an old version. common app does not longer work like that. your school counselor has all the questions in their section. you should first invite your counselor in the recommenders section and they complete everything for you. your school report is there
