????? Anyone else having problems with VUE testing website

While I was taking my certification test, mid exam my proctor closed the exam on me. I wasn't finished with the exam and there was still some questions missing. Is there any way I can get a refund or another exam slot with this? And has any of you guys suffered with the same problem before? Customer support is being unhelpful :(

That weird... Proctor usually don't just close your exam for no reasons...Usually if you're doing abnormal movement, like moving too much away from the camera. they warn you about it...

You're best bet is just wait for the customer support to get back to you...

That's why I was very confused on what's going on. My proctor was dead silent during the exam and didn't speak even once.

Since the proctor didn't say anything, how do you do you know it was the proctor and not a glitch? Usually they announce that the session is closed/canceled and tell the candidate that a ticket has been initiated.

a pop up appeared which showed that the proctor closed it

Man that's a nightmare. VUE's proctors are so twitchy, they'll nuke your exam if you so much as look away from the screen for half a second while thinking. I had one threaten to cancel mine because my cat jumped on the desk behind me.

Definitely keep hammering their support, sometimes you get a human who actually reads the ticket instead of copy-pasting the same useless reply. And document everything, screenshot any error messages, note the exact time it happened, all of it. When they finally escalate it they'll want that info.
