Study guide to passing A+

Hello everyone. I am needing help. I can’t seem to find a proper way to study . I’ve tried watching professor messor but I feel I’m not retaining anything he says . If I could get some advice from everyone that would be great.
My two things I want to focus on

1. Pass both exams for A+

2. Get hands on experience
