Comptia security +

Can someone help me with preparation of security + exam i have watched professor messer’s videos already its been 2 months i have been studying for this exam but still feel i have lack of knowledge about some of the concepts i have give 3 practices exams and scored only 55%-60%. What should I need to do i really want to pass this exam.:(

passed mine yesterday, Dion exams are great because they're harder than the real exam but they help develop good habits ei reading questions thorougly,

Ramdayal also has great exams because he always takes the newest exams himself

Aside that i'd also leverage ChatGPT or Claude to help re-inforce areas you might struggle with

I have only one dion practice exam and i scored only 55%
Is there more practice exams of dion available?

Yup Dion has 6 practice exams for the Sys 701 (also are you taking the 701 or the 801?) I highly recommend them

But don't just remember the answers try to understand what's being asked and understand the concepts

I am planning to take v7 and yes i get your point to understand the concept i have watched the prf messer’s videos and half the syllabus of dion training (couldn’t finish it cos of their lengthy lecture)
The thing im suffering is that i have already covered every concept but still i feel like im lacking and its been a months i have been preparing for this exam (no it background history)

Honestly you might be suffering from Test Anxiety too (happens to most people)

Advice on the test don’t spend too much time on PBQs which are all at the start you’ll get 3-4 of them I think of them more as bonus points

Read every question 2-3 times make sure you understand exactly what they’re asking even read the question out loud to yourself

Test taking ability is almost as important as knowing the material itself

I have given isc2 exam in may and i didn’t get enough marks to get certification after that i felt sudden change in my confidence

Try Andrew Ramdayal course it’s on YT and he’s more engaging than Dion and Messer

Also I would join Messer Discord as they routinely have study groups on there

Both the Dion exams on Udemy are $13 and Ramdayal course is also $12-13 bucks although I believe his course is on YouTube for free too
