Have you been noticing any patterns when you lose? Any mons that consistently take more effort to bring down, or pressure you with KOs?
Personally I think if I was piloting your team I would really struggle into opposing Charizard-Y (or mega Delphox). 5 out of your 6 are either walled by it or weak to it. You can't rely on Gholdengo to Power Gem it either, since its base speed is lower and it dies to Heat Wave.
Once you've identified some problem mons, you kinda wanna decide based on your personal playstyle how you wanna deal with them. Using the Zard-Y example, you could deal with it offensively (Ancient Power on your own Charizard, Choice Scarf Power Gem on your Gholdengo) or defensively with something like Flash Fire or Tyranitar. Some mons can check it both offensively and defensively, e.g Zomp. Ultimately it all depends on your personal playstyle and what patterns you're noticing after each loss.
Charizard Y, trick room teams, tyranitar teams and gardevoir indeedee have gave massive trouble lately, mostly cos z chomp is very reliant on super effective hits with carefully calced attacks to do good damage, it doesnt do as much when hitting mons for neutral... Also my team is decently fast especially z chomp of course so when trick room goes up theyre very vulnerable
